Instructions and how to use

To block internal bleedings, brew 5-15 gr in one liter of water. To cure Rhuematism, solve 1 ml oral spray of ginger in 30 ml of vegetable oil. Rub 6 drops of it on painful areas of the body. For headaches, brew 1 gr of ginger in 150 to 250 ml of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Take 2-4 cups of this brewed drink daily. For better digestion of food and cure of Diabetes and Alzheimers, take three capsules of 250 mg ginger daily.

Restrictions

This product must not be taken more than 10 gr daily. It is reasonable to use 3 gr of this product daily. For children under 2 years of age , product must not be used. Excessive use of this product will cause a burn in the stomach. Patients with kidney stones must consult a physician before use of this product. Patients using Varfarin or Aspirin are restricted to use this product.

Side effects

If product is kept for a long period of time, it will loose it's essence and therefore will not have a medical value and effect. Excessive use of this product causes neural disorders.

Drug interactions

Excessive use of this product may cause interactions with heart and diabetic drugs.

Pregnancy and lactation

While some pregnant women use ginger to prevent nausea, some physicians believe that it may cause abortion and other problems. Therefore usage of this product during pregnancy and lactation must be to an appropriate and safe amount.

Storage

Product must be kept at 15-30 degrees centigrade room temperature and far from reach of children.
