Instructions and how to use
Adults can use this product 1-3 times a day, each time one sachet with one glass of warm milk, water or fruit juice. Add sugar or honey to the mixture and take as a snack between meals.

Powder of the root and fruit of several medical herbs such as chicory, fenugreek, fennel, carrot and malt.
Side effects
Possible side effects are ringing in the ears, vomiting, stomach cramps, nervousness, nausea, diarrhea and confusion.
