Precautions on how to protect your skin against the damaging rays of the sun

1- Protect your skin against the damaging rays of the sun, especially between the hours 10-4. Wear long sleeves, caps, sunglasses and sunscreen products  with an appropriate SPF.

2- Use topical and oral antioxidant substances such as vitamin C, vitamin E and green tea.

3- Prevent using substances that can create allergies against sunlight as much as possible.
