Each pack contains 125 gr (1/4 ) Organic Cumin Powder with 50% limonene essence.
Contains
Based on 3-7% essence. 65% Carvone which is the main substance, 10-20% oil and 20% fructose and flavonoids.
Instructions and how to use
This product is used as tea, 1-5g poured in a glass of boiling water and left to be preferably with a lid on top for 15 minutes.

No side effects have so far been reported.
Restrictions
There have been no restrictions yet reported in the use of cumin.
Lactation and pregnancy
Due to the Calcium and Iron existing in black cumin, it is a very rich source for increasing breast milk for breast feeding mothers. No limitations for use to a small amount during pregnancy.
Storage
The essences are volatile and the fruits must be grinded and essences kept in glass or metal containers since they are resolveable and create holes in plastic containers.
